Isostar Fast Hydration tablets 120g are designed to make a sparkling isotonic drink flavoured with sugar and sweetener.

Composition:
glucose, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, natural lemon flavour, corn starch, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, calcium phosphate, maltodextrin, sweetener: aspartame (source of phenylalanine), vitamins C, E and B1, colour: E 160a(ii).
Recommended intake:
- suitable for short, intense sporting activities, for a maximum duration of 1 hour
- ideal for shorter physical activities and after the end of the activity
- during warm-up and physical activity 150 ml every 15 minutes
- post-exercise hydration (up to 2 hours after the end of exercise)
- post-workout hydration (up to 2 hours after the end of the workout)
- the prepared drink is intended for immediate consumption
- do not exceed the recommended daily intake
- a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential
Instructions for use:
- dissolve 2 POWERTABS tablets in 500 ml of water
- Follow the dosage indicated on the pictogram
- After the capsules have dissolved, consume
POWERTABS should be consumed before, during and after exercise. Can be diluted up to 2,5 l isotonically and up to 5 l hypotonically.
