Rubber Rope, Polyester 6 mm

Similar to braided polypropylene, but stronger, our best rope for outdoor use is braided polyester (PES) rope. It is also made of synthetic material, is highly resistant to abrasion and has a high abrasion resistance. Its advantages include excellent UV resistance, less fading, high tensile strength, a pleasant feel, strength and less elongation than polypropylene. As it has a higher specific gravity than water, it sinks, unlike polypropylene. Thanks to its wide range of uses, it can be found in many applications: anchor ropes or mooring ropes in the case of boat ropes, and hauling ropes in sailing.
